MAKING YOUR FINAL PAYMENT FOR AN AWAY (OVERNIGHT) TOUR
Thirty days before your tour dates the balance payment becomes due (unless you are choosing to pay in cash - see option 3 below).
Please make your Final Payment for an AWAY Tour with me by one of the following methods:
1. By PayPal
To use PayPal, select the appropriate amount from the list below and click on the 'Pay Now' button. This method is very secure, easy and free to use. Your Payment Receipt and Confirmation that your tour is paid in full should follow immediately.
If your receipt fails to arrive within 24 hours, or if the amount due for your away tour final payment does not appear on this list, please inform me.
2. By a Direct Bank-to-Bank Transfer
A transfer from your Bank to mine - but please be aware that some Banks make a charge for this service. If you wish to use this method contact me for my Bank details.
3. Cash on the Day
Please note that the only way to book and pay for a tour with me is as shown on this page. I do not have a facility to accept Credit or Debit Cards on the day of the tour. If you wish to use a card for payment of my services please do this through PayPal as described in '1.' above. However, if you prefer to make the final payment in cash, this should be in UK Pounds only. If you wish to take this option please inform me now.

on board soft drinks and occasional snacks
All Away (overnight) Tours Exclude:
Flights to and from the UK
Any room service charges incurred by you
Away (overnight) Inclusive Tours Include:
gasoline/petrol
all miles driven
parking
my services as your driver-guide
all entrance charges to places visited
on-board soft drinks
occasional snacks
accommodation and all other meals described in the tour itinerary
Extra Hours: My policy is to give service with flexibility at all times. If traffic delays us - it can happen - or Serendipity throws in her hand with the result that your tour lasts longer than the stated time, no problem and no additional charge. On the other hand, if you request a major on-the-day change to the booked itinerary which adds substantially to the length of the tour an additional fee of £35 per hour is agreed.
On away (overnight) tours an average 8/9 hour flexible day is assumed, but longer days are absolutely no problem. (Show/restaurant transportation service in the evening, for example).
No additional taxes are charged - the price you see is the price you pay.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
Ruddick Tours and its' agents and servants shall be liable for any loss, damage or injury, accident, delay or irregularity suffered by any customer however caused, only to the extent that they are themselves liable under English Law for negligence or breach of the conditions of the contract. The client's contract with Ruddick Tours is subject exclusively to English Law and jurisdiction.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Refunds are subject to written notice being received and acknowledged by me. Cancellation charges may apply as follows.
If cancellation notice is given more than 30 days before the tour, a full refund is given.
If cancellation notice is given between 8 and 30 days before the tour a 70% refund will be made.
If cancellation is given between 1 and 7 days before the tour a 50% refund will be made.
If cancellation is made on the day of a tour no refund is made.
If an inclusive multi-day tour is cancelled thirty days or more before the scheduled tour date, an administration charge of £100 will be made.
INSURANCE
Ruddick Tours does not arrange personal travel insurance, but we strongly recommend it. It can be arranged through any reputable travel agent in your own country or on-line. Here is a link: QuoteWright.com.
WHAT HAPPENS ON THE DAY OF YOUR TOUR ...
Tours usually commence from and terminate at your hotel, airport or docks (unless we are requested otherwise). Your final tour documents should be carried with you to London as in addition to detailing your itinerary they contain necessary contact numbers, including a 24 hour direct line, should you wish to re-confirm or alter your meeting time and/or place.
