Before trying to book an AWAY tour with me please first check availability with my online diary, then email me to have your tour dates/details/prices confirmed. Do NOT make a payment UNTIL I have confirmed back to you that I am holding the date(s) you requested. ONLY after I've emailed you to confirm that I can handle your tour request should you pay the appropriate deposit, NOT before. Use the 'PAY NOW' button below, 'Deposit payment for an Away Tour with Ruddick Tours' after first selecting the appropriate amount. Click on the button to make the payment. When you click the 'PAY NOW' button you will be taken through the process of setting up a PAYPAL account (if you don't already have one). It takes three easy steps to be up and running and of course you can use PAYPAL for all your on-line transactions in the future with complete security and without ever having to give your credit card details or home address away again. To Book your AWAY TOUR securely by PayPal please select the appropriate deposit from the drop down menu and click the 'PAY NOW' button: Thirty days before your travel dates the balance of your tour cost becomes due. At that time you will be requested to make the final payment - you have three payment method OPTIONS - details below. FINAL PAYMENT - YOUR OPTIONS OPTION 1: Using PayPal. Please go to the Final Payment Page, select the appropriate payment from the list and click the 'PAY NOW' button. OPTION 2: A direct bank-to-bank transfer. To make your final tour payment by Bank Transfer please Contact Me for my Bank Details. OPTION 3: By CASH (GB Pounds only) at the commencement of your tour. Prices quoted are the total price for the car, NOT per person, (except multi-day inclusive tours).

On away tours I assume an average 8/9 hour flexible day, longer days can be agreed at the time. No additional taxes are charged - the price you see is the price you pay GENERAL CONDITIONS Ray Ruddick Tours and its' agents and servants shall be liable for any loss, damage or injury, accident, delay or irregularity suffered by any customer however caused, only to the extent that they are themselves liable under English Law for negligence or breach of the conditions of the contract. The client's contract with Ray Ruddick Tours is subject exclusively to English Law and jurisdiction. CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellation charges may apply. Refunds are subject to written notice being received by us: If cancellation notice is given - Over 28 days before the tour, a full refund is given. Between 8 and 28 days before the tour, 70% refund. Between 1 and 7 days before the tour, 50% refund. If cancellation is made on the day of a tour, no refund is made. Inclusive multi-day tours only: if an inclusive multi-day tour is cancelled thirty days or more before the scheduled tour date, an administration charge of £100 will be made. INSURANCE Ray Ruddick Tours does not arrange personal travel insurance, but we strongly recommend it. It can be arranged through any reputable travel agent in your own country or on-line.
