Before trying to book a DAY tour with me please first check availability with my online diary, then email me to have your tour dates/details/prices confirmed. Do NOT make a payment UNTIL I have confirmed back to you that I am holding the date(s) you requested. ONLY after I've emailed you to confirm that I can handle your tour request should you pay the appropriate deposit, NOT before. The deposit amount is shown alongside the tour information and is equivalent to 25% of the total tour cost. TO BOOK AND PAY THE BOOKING DEPOSIT: Book your Day-Tour by clicking the 'PAY NOW' button alongside the tour information. This will take you through the totally secure process of setting up a PAYPAL account (if you don't already have one). It takes just three easy steps to be up and running and of course you can use PAYPAL for all your on-line transactions in the future with complete security and without ever having to reveal your credit card details or home address on-line again. You will receive confirmation of your payment from both PAYPAL and me, together with a confirmation of your booking. Please see the PAYPAL website if you wish to know more about security. TO PAY THE BALANCE: Seven days before your travel dates the balance payment of your day-tour becomes due. At that time you will be requested to make the final payment and you may do this by PAYPAL also by using the Balance Payment 'PAY NOW' buttons below, selecting the appropriate amount and then clicking on the button to make the payment. OPTION B: If preferred, the balance of payment for your tour can be made in cash only on the day of the tour in UK Pounds, or Euros or US Dollars at the exchange rate applicable that day. If you wish to take this option please inform me now. GENERAL INFORMATION Day tours include: Extra Hours: Tours can be extended if desired at a cost of £40 per hour. No additional taxes are charged - the price you see is the price you pay. GENERAL CONDITIONS Ruddick Tours and its' agents and servants shall be liable for any loss, damage or injury, accident, delay or irregularity suffered by any customer however caused, only to the extent that they are themselves liable under English Law for negligence or breach of the conditions of the contract. The client's contract with Ruddick Tours is subject exclusively to English Law and jurisdiction. CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellation charges may apply. Refunds are subject to written notice being received by us: If cancellation notice is given - Over 28 days before the tour, a full refund is given. Between 8 and 28 days before the tour, 70% refund. Between 1 and 7 days before the tour, 50% refund. If cancellation is made on the day of a tour, no refund is made. Inclusive multi-day tours only: if an inclusive multi-day tour is cancelled thirty days or more before the scheduled tour date, an administration charge of £100 will be made. INSURANCE Ruddick Tours does not arrange personal travel insurance, but we strongly recommend it. It can be arranged through any reputable travel agent in your own country or on-line. Here is a link: QuoteWright.com. WHAT HAPPENS ON THE DAY OF YOUR TOUR ... Tours usually commence from and terminate at your hotel, airport or docks (unless we are requested otherwise). Your final tour documents should be carried with you to London as in addition to detailing your itinerary they contain necessary contact numbers, including a 24 hour direct line, should you wish to re-confirm or alter your meeting time and/or place.
