To copy a picture you wish to keep: 1. Left click on the thumbnail picture to enlarge it. 2. Right click over the picture and a list will appear.3. From the list, left click on 'Save image as ..'.  4. In the box that appears you should choose the location you want to save it to (My Pictures or wherever), then click on the 'Save' button and you're done!
